How Louver Smart Film Works
Louver Smart Film requires exacting factory customization. Here is how the magic happens:
- 1Laser Ablation of ITO LayerWe use high-precision industrial lasers to etch invisible separation lines directly onto the internal ITO conductive layer. The outer PET protective film remains completely intact, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted surface.
- 2Independent Electrode WiringEach laser-etched segment acts as an independent electrical zone. We attach specialized ultra-thin electrodes to each segment, converging them into a unified busbar array at the edge of the film.
- 3Multi-Channel ControllerThe film is connected to a dedicated multi-channel transformer. A smart chip sequentially powers the segments on or off, creating the seamless visual illusion of blinds rolling up, dropping down, or alternating.
