Terms and Conditions for Product Orders

• Production begins after payment confirmation.
• Customized products require technical approval before manufacturing.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information.

Pricing and Payment Terms

CX SMART FILM™ maintains professional pricing standards for global partners. Unauthorized price dumping, false advertising, or misleading quotations are prohibited.

• Standard payment terms may include 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
• Bank charges and local import costs are the buyer's responsibility.
• Final prices are based on approved quotations.

Shipping and Delivery Conditions

Delivery schedules depend on production capacity, order volume, shipping methods, and destination regulations. CX SMART FILM™ will provide reasonable assistance during international transportation.

Warranty and Product Responsibility

Brand and Intellectual Property Protection

All CX SMART FILM™ trademarks, technologies, designs, product information, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of CX SMART FILM™.

• Unauthorized brand modification is prohibited.

Confidentiality Agreement

Limitation of Liability
